Brandon Powell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as CEO of NearshoreWorks since August 2024, Brandon facilitates recruitment and retention of top Latin American talent for US-based companies. In addition, Brandon has been CEO of HatchWorks AI since February 2017, leading innovative software development utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies. Involvement in various organizations includes board memberships with FinTech Atlanta and Bright Futures Atlanta, alongside being a member of YPO. Previous roles include Multi-unit Owner at Jersey Mike's Subs, Head of Product at Cricket Wireless, and various leadership positions at AT&T and Slalom Consulting. Brandon holds an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Georgia.
