Previously, Vorberg served as a Senior Associate at Sartre Group, specializing in recruitment for hedge funds and trading firms, and as a Senior Talent Manager at TDA Creative, a consultancy delivering top talent in Product, Design, and Tech. Earlier roles include Business Consultant at Harvey Nash Group and Senior Appointments Consultant at Huxley. Vorberg's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Campus Brand Manager and Management Trainee. Vorberg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Coventry University and studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
