Annika Nyman-Paajanen has extensive experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Communications and Marketing at the Finnish Refugee Council since November 2017. Prior roles include Marketing and Communications Manager and Service Manager for Digital Communications and Event Services at Opset Oy, as well as a variety of positions at Management Events, where responsibilities ranged from Team Manager to Project Coordinator. Earlier career positions include sales and marketing roles at Factor Nova Oy, Lejos Oy, and Trans-Meri Oy. Annika holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Helia.
