Jonathan McPhail is a highly skilled Sport Science Specialist at the Finnish Olympic Training Center with extensive experience in high-performance coaching and research collaboration. Since January 2017, Jonathan has been providing expertise to the Finnish Olympic Committee, while also serving as a High Performance Coach for the Freeski and Snowboard Team Finland since August 2019.
