Pasi Valkama is an experienced researcher and manager with a focus on environmental sciences. Since October 2020, Pasi serves as Group Manager and Senior Research Scientist at the Finnish Environment Institute (SYKE). In addition, Pasi has been a Researcher at the Water Protection Association of the River Vantaa and Helsinki Region since April 2006. Pasi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geography from the University of Helsinki.
