Nina Rautiainen currently serves as a Regional Angel Investor at the Finnish Business Angels Network (FiBAN) and as a Program Manager for the Ecosystem for Business and Innovation at the City of Jyväskylä, both positions held since January 2019. With a strong background in business development, Rautiainen co-founded Kasvun Roihu Oy, where leadership as Chairman of the Board focused on fostering teams for Nordic Growth Ventures. Rautiainen's extensive experience also includes roles as a Board Member at Kasvu Open and Development Manager at the Central Finland Chamber of Commerce, along with various positions in human resources at DNA Oy and Sonera, among others. Rautiainen holds a Master of Science degree in Adult Education from the University of Helsinki.
