Jennifer Leaman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Talent, Learning & Development at Finning, Jennifer has previously held roles including Manager of Leadership Development and Global HR Manager focusing on Digital, Operational Excellence, and IT. Prior experience includes positions at DynaLIFEDx as an HR Advisor, The Fifth Option Consulting Inc as a Human Resources Consultant, Envision Financial as a Human Resources Administrator, and serving as President and VP of Student Affairs at BCIT Student Association. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Certificate in Conflict Resolution with specializations in Mediation and Negotiation from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
