Basil Sunny is a Customs Specialist at Finning since July 2023, with a strong background in leadership and compliance roles. Previous experience includes serving as Team Lead at 7-Eleven Canada, where responsibilities included health and safety oversight and customer service. As a Student Ambassador at Conestoga College, event organization and student support were key tasks, and prior managerial experience was gained at Flicor Choco, a family-owned food production business. From July 2016 to June 2021, Basil worked as a Trade Compliance Engineer at Hubbell Incorporated, specializing in HTS classification and familiar with various compliance standards and regulations. Additionally, from July 2014 to July 2016, work as an Assistant Professor at BTC College of Engineering and Technology involved supervising students and maintaining lab operations.
