Tea Zaerens has over two decades of experience at Finnair, holding multiple roles including Product Owner focusing on Area Service Lead and Global Customer Care for IT Customer Experience Applications, as well as System Analyst and Customer Service Specialist. Notably, Tea Zaerens contributed as a Subject Matter Expert and trainer during the Amadeus Altea CM implementation project and participated in oneworld trainings following Finnair's alliance membership. Prior to Finnair, Tea Zaerens was an Entrepreneur and Chairman of the Board at Mizira Oy, managing ticket sales and clothing storage services at Aleksanterin Teatteri from August 1994 to May 2004.
