Charley Snell is the current Chief Executive Officer at Finlays, overseeing the manufacturing and marketing of various coffee products. Charley serves as the President at Aspen Beverage Group, a subsidiary of James Finlay Limited. With a background in commercial executive roles at KanPak LLC and as President and Managing Partner at Tenaya LLC, Charley has a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry. Prior to their executive roles, their career included marketing positions at Nestle and serving as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Navy. Charley holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
