Ricardo Davis is an experienced professional in the steel production industry with a strong background in team management and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Melter/LMF Foreman at A. Finkl & Sons Co. since November 2014, Ricardo previously held various positions at US Steel, including Production Manager and Production Supervisor, where achievements included managing a QBOP vessel furnace, exceeding production goals, and receiving multiple team recognition awards. Ricardo's career began at Mars Chocolate North America as a Line Coordinator and Machine Operator, where responsibilities involved optimizing manufacturing practices and ensuring quality control.
