Axel Thibodeau has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Axel began as the Owner/Operator of Sistine Chapel Painting Services, then moved on to become a Mechanical Engineer at Electric Power Systems in 2009. In 2012, they became a Systems Engineer at Hatch Mott MacDonald and a RAGE 99 Premier Head Coach at Pleasanton RAGE. In 2018, they joined Ridgeline as a Cloud Engineer, Technical Lead (TOMS), and Product Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Finite State.

Axel Thibodeau received their MS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2010 and 2012. Axel also received their BS in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University between 2005 and 2008.
