Dawn Rathnow is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial reporting, consolidations, and implementation within various industries. Currently serving as Implementation Lead at Finit Solutions since September 2024, Rathnow previously held positions as Manager of Consolidations and Reporting at IPS Corporation and Manager of Financial Reporting at The Middleby Corporation, where OneStream was implemented for global financial consolidation. With a career spanning over two decades, Rathnow has managed financial results consolidation at Univar and ITW, while also directing external reporting initiatives. Educational qualifications include a BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and additional studies at Columbia College Chicago.
