Jimmy Cooperider currently serves as Operations Manager at FinishWorks since August 2023, previously holding the position of Sales Service Representative. From August 2013 to August 2023, Jimmy worked at Sherwin-Williams Paints, progressing through roles including Training Store Manager, Store Manager, and Store Assistant Manager, with a focus on developing trainees in the management training program. Prior to these roles, Jimmy participated in the Management Trainee Program at Sherwin-Williams from November 2012 to February 2013, gaining experience by serving as a fill-in manager and assistant manager across multiple stores. Jimmy also served as Head Baseball Coach for the summer program at Jackson Memorial High School in 2010. Educationally, Jimmy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Malone University between 2008 and 2012.
