Jeff Monaughan is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in IT operations and support. Currently serving as Information Technology Operations Supervisor and formerly as Senior IT Operations Lead at Finish Line since April 2019, Jeff has been instrumental in overseeing IT operations. Prior experience includes a role as Network Technician at Promethius Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed providing on-call support for numerous clients, managing server maintenance, and configuring Office 365 and Active Directory. Previous positions at PlumChoice and Indy Web involved support and management of IT systems, hardware, and software for small businesses. Jeff holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Technology/Networking and Security from Ivy Tech Community College.
