Tra Ngoc began their career in 2018 as a Marketing Trainee at Công ty TNHH Giáo dục Akira. In this role, they were responsible for building and managing content on company pages, designing and editing images according to content, and creating seeding and product seeding campaigns. In 2019, they moved to Medinet Group as a Content Specialist, where they managed customer pages, planned and implemented content on social networks such as Facebook and Zalo, and developed content plans for events, PR campaigns, and trends. In 2021, Tra Ngoc joined Finhay as a Marketing Content Specialist.
Tra Ngoc attended the National Economics University in Vietnam from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Marketing and Marketing Management.
