Donovan is an enthusiastic and dedicated telecoms professional with extensive experience in engineering, administration and support of telecommunications networks. With a proven track record in the delivery of business critical IT and telecoms projects from initial definition of project scope through to the development, design and integration of viable technical solutions, Smith possesses a high level of technical literacy and business acumen and demonstrates proficiency in network connectivity, maintenance, network management, optimisation and support procedures.

During his engineering career which spans over 15 years at Cable & Wireless, Ericsson, Digicel, and Ozone Wireless, Donovan has successfully completed a number of projects either as part of a technical team or individually covering all major aspects of Telecoms Engineering. Donovan is a fully registered Chartered Engineer with European Council via the Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, and a registered Professional Engineer with the Barbados Association of Professional Engineers.
