President of Fineline, Ric began his career at Fineline in 1991, where he spent his first ten years learning the business in varied roles, including purchasing, scheduling, and production management. At present, Ric is accountable for the leadership and management of the manufacturing teams. He is also responsible for meeting Fineline’s performance metrics of quality, accuracy and on-time delivery.

A lifelong learner, Ric has earned a continuing education certification in Lean Manufacturing, ISO Compliance, and completed the exclusive Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF) Executive Development Program.
