Rebecca Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Findex since May 2024, Rebecca previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner for Australia at FNZ Group from September 2022 to April 2024. Prior roles include Organisational Development Manager at IXOM from December 2014 to May 2022 and various HR management positions at Orica from 2005 to December 2014. Rebecca holds a degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Tasmania.
