Jorge R. Montero Puyana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, civil engineering, and urban planning. In the current role as a Profesional de la Vicepresidencia Técnica - Proyectos Especiales at Findeter SA since July 2022, Jorge oversees specialized projects. Jorge has been an external lecturer at Universidad Industrial de Santander since March 2017, teaching Economic Engineering and Traffic Engineering, and participates in project formulation for postgraduate courses. Previous positions include Program Management Office Manager at IDESAN, where Jorge managed a significant construction project, and roles involving project consultation and engineering in various organizations within the Oil & Gas sector. Jorge's educational background includes master's degrees in Project Management and Urban Management from La Salle BCN and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, respectively, along with a civil engineering degree from Universidad Industrial de Santander.
