Charles Brennan is an experienced talent sourcer currently serving as the Lead Sourcer at Find.co since January 2024. Prior to this role, Charles held positions as a Senior Talent Sourcer at Vaia Talent, where the focus was on fulfilling talent acquisition needs for high-growth start-ups and established clients across multiple continents. Charles' previous experience includes working as a Senior Technical Sourcer at Coinbase, a Technical Sourcer via Coyle Consulting at Google, and a Talent Sourcer at EY, where a range of technical and managerial positions were supported. Charles began a career in support roles at AIB before advancing to sourcing and recruitment.
