Malaika Ademola-Majekodunmi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Fincra, Malaika focuses on ideating and scoping product concepts and ensuring partner integrations. Previously, as a Program Manager at Open Banking Nigeria, Malaika managed daily activities and coordinated cross-functional teams to promote the role of open banking. In the role of Product Lead at Lendsqr, strategies and vision for product subsets were developed, while earlier experience as a Product Manager involved transforming product ideas into viable solutions. Initial career experience as a Process Engineer at Cakasa Maintenance Services Limited included applying software for process flow calculations. Malaika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Dubai.
