Leontien Wijsman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at FincoEnergies since July 2023. Previously, Leontien worked at Priva as an HR Business Partner, providing strategic advice and coaching to management and staff on various HR matters. Experience includes notable roles such as HR Manager at Yuki, where responsibilities encompassed all HR functions for the Netherlands headquarters, and HR Business Partner at Nippon Express, supporting the Canon Logistics Division.
