Piero Grillo has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Piero began their career as the Procurement Director for South America at Fiat Auto's Latin America Division. Piero then moved on to become the Director of Piattaforma World Wide at Fiat Auto, where they managed a team of 180 people and was responsible for the development and industrialization of new car models. After that, they served as the CEO and board member at Fast Buyer, a subsidiary of Fiat Group. Piero then founded V.P.S. S.r.l., a procurement services company with clients such as Electrolux and Ferrero, where they served as the CEO and board member for four years. Grillo also worked at Fincantieri S.p.A. as the Senior Vice President of Procurement. In recent years, they held positions at P.S.C. and Fincantieri SI as a board member and CEO, respectively. Currently, they work as a Consigliere CDA at Vard Electro. Throughout their career, Grillo has demonstrated their ability to turn around struggling companies and achieve profitability through restructuring and cost reduction initiatives.
