Leyla Javanshirli is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at both FINCA Azerbaijan and Pepsi Bottlers Azerbaijan since 2022 and 2021, respectively, Leyla has also held roles as an HR Coordinator and HR Assistant at Azerbaijan Fish Farm since 2020. Previous positions include HR Administrator at The HR Company, HR Performance Management Specialist, and HR Specialist at Aztelekom, as well as ERP Specialist at Pasha Construction LLC and Leading Consultant at the Labour Statistics Department of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Leyla holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
