Heli Kumpulainen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and banking law. Currently serving as a Board Member at Airpro Oy since April 2023, Kumpulainen has held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Finavia Oyj since May 2014, following a role as Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Kumpulainen was a Legal Counsel at Nordea Bank Finland Plc from May 2006 to May 2014, including a tenure at the London Branch from September 2010 to May 2011. Kumpulainen's early career included work as an Assistant/paralegal at Asianajotoimisto VT Eija Metsälä-Halonen from 2002 to 2006. Kumpulainen holds a Law degree from the University of Helsinki, obtained between 2002 and 2007, and a Law degree from the University of Essex in 2004.
