Mary Kay Theriault has extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as Director of Product Management at Finastra since 2001. In this role, Mary Kay provides strategic direction for product planning and execution, supervises a team managing Mortgagebot POS and LOS products for over 2,000 clients, and ensures alignment with customer needs and company objectives. Previous positions at Finastra include Support | Change Team Manager, where oversight of a team addressed client support for 800+ users, and Implementation Manager, responsible for client configuration and training. Prior to Finastra, Mary Kay advanced through roles at BMO Financial Group as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Underwriter, and Loan Processing Manager. Mary Kay holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
