Jacqui McCreadie currently serves as the Global Head of Employee Experience and Wellbeing at Finastra, focusing on creating engaging workplaces and enhancing employee productivity through data-driven insights. Prior to this role, Jacqui worked at Standard Bank Group as the Business Manager for Diversity and Inclusion and as the Senior Manager for Projects and Portfolios within the Corporate Investment Banking Human Capital division. Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial Psychology from Rand Afrikaans University and has furthered education at The London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of Cape Town, specializing in Data Analysis.
