Rascha Ragheb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development across various institutions. Currently serving as Executive Director at the World Youth Forum and the National Training Academy, Rascha also holds a role as a Board Member at the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). Previous positions include Dean at ESLSCA International Business School Uganda, Country Manager for ESLSCA International Uganda, and Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Planning at Paris ESLSCA Business School. Additionally, Rascha has played a significant role in regional operations and international relations within the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences. With academic qualifications including a Ph.D. in Marketing and an MBA, Rascha is well-equipped to navigate complex issues within the financial and educational sectors.
