Elakiya Ananthakrishnan is a research professional with a robust background in data analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at the Financial Markets Group, Elakiya engages in data analysis related to Women's Empowerment and Economic Freedom. Previous experience includes a Projects Intern role at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, focusing on qualitative data analysis and intervention design, and serving as a Student Director for the International Conference of Undergraduate Research. Additional positions have involved research assistance at the University of Warwick, project management at the Mauna Dhwani Foundation, and data analysis internships at J-PAL South Asia and Deloitte.
