Elizabeth Welch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 1990, they worked as a Store Associate at ICI Paints before progressing to roles such as Store Support Analyst and Administrative Coordinator. In 1998, they became the Interim Director of Finance and Operations at ICI Paints. Elizabeth then moved on to roles at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group and Delphi Automotive Systems, where they gained experience in fleet accounting and budget analysis. In 2000, they became the Regional Manager of Operations Control at U.S. Cellular. Elizabeth later worked as a Budget Analyst at Delphi Automotive Systems and as a Controller at Cimarron Contractors. In 2005, they became the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at ACE Cash Express. Elizabeth also had roles at The Picture People, Trintech, and CS3 Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Financial Equipment.

Elizabeth Welch obtained a BA in Business Management from Concordia University Texas in 1993, and later completed an MBA in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 2004. Elizabeth also holds several additional certifications, including being an Adaptive Planning Certified Implementation Partner, an Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant, and has completed various training programs with Sage Software.
