Jasmine McCain, M.S., currently serves as the Market Manager for the Midwest at Financial Beginnings, overseeing market development since October 2024. Previously, Jasmine held the role of Recruitment and Training Manager at College Possible from September 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies, managing program communication, and guiding employee engagement initiatives. Jasmine's experience also encompasses positions such as High School Program Coordinator, Recruitment Lead, and Residence Life Coordinator at various educational institutions, demonstrating a strong background in program management, training and development, and community partnership management. Jasmine holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the College of Saint Mary and a Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
