Jim Ashton serves as a General Partner at NewSpring Holdings LLC within NewSpring Capital. Ashton has held board member positions at several organizations, including Financeware, Magna5, Avantus Federal, and USPack Logistics. A graduate of Fairmont State University, Ashton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with studies spanning from 1976 to 1980.
