Tania McDougall has over 24 years of experience in the finance sector, currently serving as a Field Organiser at the Finance Sector Union of Australia since April 2021. Previously, Tania worked as a Customer Service Representative at DXC Technology and held multiple roles at National Australia Bank from November 1996 to April 2020, including Equipment Finance Associate, Agribusiness Analyst, Continuous Improvement Champion (Kaizen), Servicing Officer, and Securitisation & Compliance Officer. In these roles, Tania managed relationships, processed loan applications, implemented continuous improvement initiatives, and ensured compliance with financial policies. Tania's educational background includes studies at the University of Canterbury from 1991 to 1993.
