Jeff Manchester serves as the Head of Partnerships & Business Development at Fin3 Technologies, Inc., a start-up dedicated to addressing check fraud and enhancing efficiency in financial institutions. Concurrently, Jeff founded LME Ventures, LLC, an independent consulting firm providing strategic guidance in the Payments & FinTech sectors, and has played a key role in business development for myGini, Inc. Prior experience includes a tenure as Executive Vice President and General Manager at MasterCard, overseeing planning and strategy for major banking and retail partners, as well as pivotal roles at GE Capital, where Jeff managed P&L results and spearheaded innovative card products. Jeff holds a BS in Finance & International Management from Boston University and is a graduate of both Crotonville Alumni and MasterCard's Experienced Leadership Program.
