Maggie Luo currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Fin Capital since February 2024. With a robust background in finance, Maggie has held various high-level positions including Advisory Board Member and Consulting/Part Time CFO for multiple micro and emerging venture capital funds since 2014, and previously as Chief Financial Officer at Formation Group from April 2016 to April 2017. Other notable roles include Financial Controller/Senior Advisor at Brooklands Capital Strategies, Controller at Chengwei Capital, Fund Accounting Manager at DCM, and Associate at Goldman Sachs. Additionally, Maggie has experience in hedge fund accounting at Man Investments and held a position as AVP/Financial Controller at Credit Suisse First Boston. Maggie began their career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton from December 1997 to June 2001.
