Mike Partsuf is a food scientist who is currently Senior Food Scientist at Filtricine. Mike has over 20 years of experience in product development, formulation science, and R&D management.

Mike started their career as a Formulation Scientist at Genencor International in 2002. Mike was quickly promoted to R&D Manager at Protein Research, Inc in 1997. In 2006, they became Product Development Manager at Safeway, Inc.

In 2015, Mike left Safeway to join f'real foods as their Product Development Manager. Mike was responsible for creating new products from concept to commercialization, including frozen blended beverages, milkshakes, and smoothies. Mike also collaborated with Marketing, Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Co-Packers in the U.S. and Canada.

In 2018, Mike left f'real foods to join Filtricine as their Senior Food Scientist.

Mike Partsuf has a Master's degree in Food Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering /Food Engineering from Moscow State University of Food Production in Russia.

They are on a team with Doug Kawahara - Consultant, Business Development, Jimmy Xin Wang - CTO & Co-founder, and Grace Xiaolu Yang - Co-Founder, COO, & VP, Research. Mike Partsuf reports to John Chant, CEO.
