Annabelle Hoover is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, nonprofit management, and customer service. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Filson, Annabelle focuses on establishing processes and fostering a transparent and autonomous work environment. Previously, as Interim Executive Director at United Way of Rockbridge, Annabelle successfully operationalized a strategic plan aimed at doubling fundraising efforts and enhancing community impact. Annabelle’s tenure at Outdoor Research included roles such as DEI Chief Galvanizer and Vice President of Operations, where strategic initiatives in diversity and operational excellence were priorities. Annabelle's career began at Brooks Running, advancing through various key operational roles. Annabelle holds multiple degrees, including a BA in Creative Writing from the University of Washington, along with executive seminars in Finance, Accounting, Communications, and a certificate in Nonprofit Financial Management.
