Caitlin Vorstman currently serves as HR Manager at Filling Pieces since December 2022, following roles as HR Generalist, L&D Specialist, and HR-coördinator. Caitlin is also the founder of CMV Consultancy, which focuses on talent development and understanding the psychology behind behavior. Previous experience includes coaching at a hockey club from July 2010 to June 2024, Office & People Manager at Lepaya, and HR Coordinator at Attraqt, where exceptional shopping experiences were powered for leading retail brands. Additional roles include office management support at Stryker, office assistant at The Gym Amsterdam, hostess at HNK - Het Nieuwe Kantoor, and internship at Neue Dorint GmbH/Dorint Hotels & Resorts. Caitlin holds a degree in Human Talent Management from NTI, a degree in Social Work and Services from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and a degree in Hotel and Event Management from Tio Business School.
