Monisha Lata has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Head of IT Airline Operations & Corporate and Head of Information Technology Programmes at Fiji Airways since December 2012. In these roles, Monisha focuses on delivering enterprise-level IT architecture, establishing a robust IT design practice, and overseeing planning, control, and quality functions within the IT department. Previously, Monisha was a Manager of Business Projects and Senior Systems Analyst at Fiji Airways, ensuring compliance of applications and systems with IT policies. Before joining Fiji Airways, Monisha worked at Air Pacific from January 2009 to December 2012 as a Systems Administrator and Applications Database Programmer, contributing to the design and maintenance of financial systems and databases. Monisha holds a BSc in Information Systems and Mathematics (Statistics) from the University of the South Pacific, completed in 2007.
