Barbara Madden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in job coaching, client relations, and executive recruitment. Currently, Barbara operates FigureU, where tailored job coaching services are provided to individuals at all career stages. Prior roles include serving as a Coach and Training Consultant at peoplepath.io, where Barbara mentored recruiting teams across various sectors, and Head of Client Strategy and Leadership Development, leading client services and developing training programs. Barbara was part of the founding team at BloomBright as a Recruiting Client Delivery Partner and has held executive positions at Patient Safety Group, Aetna, and The Chickering Group, among others. Barbara holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
