Christy Counce is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Compliance at Figure since April 2021, Christy has also held roles as Director of Compliance and Senior Manager, Compliance. Previously, Christy was the Chief Compliance Officer at Figure Pay from March 2023 to June 2024. Prior experience includes positions at EY from August 2014 to April 2021, with roles as Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior within the FSO Advisory - Process and Controls division. Christy began the career at Protiviti as an Experienced Senior Consultant from September 2009 to August 2014. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
