Bryce Belanger is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and information technology. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Figure since January 2022, Bryce previously worked at the Nevada Air National Guard from July 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included IT Manager and IT Program Manager, focusing on remote work guidelines and network infrastructure upgrades. In earlier roles at the Nevada Air National Guard, Bryce served as an Inspector General Investigator, developing leadership tools for systematic improvements, and as a Maintenance Management Analyst, managing Management Information System requirements and data analysis.
