Andrea Varela is a Technology Chief of Staff at Figure Financial, Inc, currently handling leadership and operational duties. Previously, at Clear Home, Andrea served as Senior Project Manager. With a background in product engineering at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Andrea is highly experienced in technology solutions and project management. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Project Management and Agile Methodologies, an Information Technology Business Management Degree, and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
