Kimberly Price is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and management. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Specialist at Figo Pet Insurance since February 2023, Kimberly previously held the role of General Manager at Citydog! Club, where effective communication and strategic planning led to significant business growth from June 2015 to November 2022. Earlier positions include District Manager at The Times of Northwest Indiana, Delivery Coordinator at Menards, and Shift Manager at Burger King Corporation, each providing valuable expertise in operations and customer service.
