Damien Correll is a highly experienced Creative Director currently at Figma since July 2021, with a robust background in design leadership from notable companies such as Google, where Damien held positions as Creative Lead for both Google Nest and Material Design from February 2016 to July 2021. Prior to this, Damien served as Brand Design Director at Tumblr, after gaining valuable design experience at Oyster Inc. and as an independent designer and art director for various high-profile clients. Damien’s earlier roles include being a Partner and Creative Director at Part & Parcel, Senior Designer at Urban Outfitters and Zoo York, and an Adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Design. An alumnus of the University of the Arts, Damien holds a BFA in Multimedia.
