Crista James is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and program management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Enablement Programs at Figma since October 2024, Crista previously held various senior managerial roles at Five9, where responsibilities included leading programs for the West Net New sales organization and enhancing sales productivity. Industry experience also includes a Global Program Manager role at Xero, overseeing channel transformation and enterprise customer success, along with advisory work in M&A at KPMG and client assurance at PwC. Crista holds a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the University of Denver.
