Laura Fagan is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades, currently serving as the Research Director and Senior Consultant at Fifth Dimension Research and Consulting since July 2008. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Consultant at The Leading Edge from May 2004 to June 2008, and served as a Senior Researcher at Millward Brown IMS from March 2001 to December 2003. Laura began the career as a Researcher at ACA Research from January 1999 to December 2000. Academically, Laura holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Tourism from the University of Technology Sydney, completed between 1996 and 1998. Laura's foundational education was at Brigidine College St Ives, where studies took place from 1990 to 1995.
