Sian Jones is a Product Operations Specialist at Beamery since June 2023, with extensive experience in product management and operations. As Co-Chair of the London Bisexual Network since November 2017, Sian has organized panel events, expanded the committee, and improved documentation for process consistency. Previous roles include Head of Product at HER App and Wayhome, where Sian focused on enhancing collaboration between product and engineering teams, and Senior Product Manager at The Careers & Enterprise Company, responsible for launching Compass+, a significant SAAS product. Sian's background also includes product management at Bulb and consulting roles at Accenture, complemented by a Master's degree in History from the University of Cambridge.
