Prior to this role, Kristen worked at Lenox Advisors from July 2004 to April 2021, where Kristen held various positions including AVP, Agency Supervisory Officer, Licensing & Contracting Manager, and Licensing & Contracting Specialist. Kristen started their career as a Receptionist and has worked their way up to their current leadership role in regulatory operations.
